EULA - End User License Agreement

JLearnIt is freeware.

You may copy or distribute JLearnIt provided
that it's an unmodified and complete version, as downloaded from
https://www.jlearnit.com/

It is not allowed to use JLearnIt or its data in a SaaS (Software as a
Service) or as a library of another software.
It's prohibited to decompile the code.

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED
OR IMPLIED. THE AUTHOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE RESULTING OF THE
USE OF JLearnIt.

JLearnIt is released with libraries which have other licenses.
The list of the libraries and their licenses are listed in
Help -> About -> Licenses -> Third-Party libraries.

Anonymous data of the software usage is collected in order to improve the software,
data is not shared with any third party or outside EEA. You can always opt-out
in the connection settings.
